I have tried to get into the BIOS or access the boot menu but after trying all the F keys and DEL and holding down F1 and turning on the computer (as per the computer service manual) I get nowhere. If I unplug everything from the back apart from the power cable the computer does boot beyond the splash screen as far as telling me no keyboard has been detected and then goes to a black empty screen.
I am helping someone with the above computer who is unable to get past the lenovo splash screen after a Windows 10 update.
