We have already seen glimpses of the Cosmodrome in Destiny 2 for the Thunderlord mission, and it’s said to be a part of the Destiny 2: New Light intro too, so it stands to reason that sure, all of Old Russia could return at some point down the line, similar to what we’re seeing with the moon here.
So this is how Destiny 1 comes to Destiny 2, or World of Destiny, if they ever decide to drop the 2 and just keep expanding this one world.
